UK and International Shipping

We will ship to the United Kingdom free of charge, using DPD's next day delivery service. During the sale there may be a slight delay shipping your order. If you need it for a specific date please contact us. 

We will ship internationally to any destination free of charge, the receiver will remain liable for any import duty and taxes. Shipping timescale will be dependant on location, if you would like a quote for shipping timescale please get in touch prior to placing your order.

What's your refund/return policy?

As our couture garments are all made to order we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on online or in-store orders from the main collection. If there is a fault with your item, please get in touch with us and we will help resolve the issue. For a nominal fee we can offer an alteration service in the event your item doesn't fit.

 

 If you have purchased a sale item, provided it hasn't been altered for you, we will offer refunds up to 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please contact us to arrange a return. 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do! Please get in touch with us in order to purchase a gift voucher. Currently gift vouchers can only be redeemed directly with our womenswear boutique, please contact us for further details.

Can I order a made to measure outfit from outside the UK? 

We have many clients who live outside the UK, who we deal with remotely. Please contact us on enquiries@stewartparvin.com to discuss placing a made to measure order without attending the shop. 

Is everything dry clean only?

As our garments are bespoke, most items in our couture collection are dry clean only. Please use a reputable dry cleaner. In the event that an item can be machine or hand washed, we will provide instructions in the delivery with your garment.

Can I change the sleeve length / colour / neck shape ?

At the moment we cannot offer adjustments to style or colour via our online shop. However if you get in touch with our boutique they will be able to process an order for you taking any alternative requirements into account. Delivery time and price would need to be confirmed. Similarly, if there are any items on our main website that you don't see in our online shop but would like to purchase, please contact the boutique directly.

Which size should l order?

Please check our size chart which will show you the body measurements we work to when creating our patterns. If you have a question please get in touch and we will assist any way we can.
